Our FE model library has grown by another important name: Timken®. The finite element model kit for Timken® ball bearings for ball screws can be used in order to save massive modeling time. Like any other FE model library of Meshparts, the Timken FE models are validated models. The validation results can be viewed in the respective model data sheet.
The metal bellows couplings of the manufacturer KTR® are now also available as finite element models in the Meshparts Library: Finite element model kit for KTR® metal bellows couplings. Users of the Meshparts software and Ansys® or Abaqus® can benefit from it immediately. Since the coupling models are pre-parameterized based on the manufacturers catalog, the modeling effort is completely superfluous.
We are happy to announce the release of the first finite element Model Kit for R+W® metal bellows precision couplings.
