We put a lot of effort into making your experience with Meshparts as smooth as possible.

Below you can find a list of typical issues that we are aware of.

Your network is using a proxy

If your network is using a proxy, then you need to set up the proxy host and port in Meshparts.
Otherwhise, Meshparts will not be able to communicate with our server and registration or license assignment will not be possible.

In order to set up your proxy follow the next steps:

  1. Start Meshparts, make shure the "Sign up" splash screen is shown and click in "Proxy settings"
  2. In the new window, enter the proxy host name and proxy port number
  3. Click on "Apply proxy"
  4. Restart the Meshparts app and check if you can now sign up or sign in
